WE MEET EACH AND EVERY SATURDAY AT LOVER'S POINT AT 9:00AM FOR A FUN RUN AND WALK. COME OUT AND ENJOY SOME FUN EXERCISE (NOT A WORKOUT).
THE THIRD WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH WE MEET AT OLD FISHERMAN'S WHARF IN MONTEREY AT 6:00M PM FOR A FUN RUN AND WALK.
These are meant to be social and so is the pace. We will cheer you on if you are out to set records. The purpose of this walk/run is to get like minded people out there to have fun. We are building a community.

Fleet Feet Training
We will offer 5K, 10K and Half Marathon programs in 2010.
The No Boundaries 5k program is for those wanting to run or walk their first 5k (3.1 miles). The program focuses on beginners, but all levels of walkers and runners are welcome.
The Fleet Feet Training 10K Program is for those that have run a 5k and want to run their first 10k or improve their 10k time. All levels of runners are welcome.
Each program is 10 weeks with our goal race being Heart and Sole on May 15th, 2010.
Along the way we’ll be providing you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and talks about proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you.
Training starts March 6th. We will meet twice a week, Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
Cost is $75 and includes:
10-week, coached training program
free informational emails
free Technical shirt and other NB gear
Along with fun, camaraderie and fitness!
