Standard Workouts

Walking, Running, Triathlon Information

Walks and runs usually start at Lover's Point (upper parking lot).
We are pretty casual walkers/runners (read - NOT real fast).
Look for the blue Ford Escape or the green Ford Ranger with a
Fleet Feet sign on the front doors - that will be us (Walt or Robin)
or the Z3 BMW (Dale).
Nobody gets dropped on our walks/runs. We either stay together as
a group or split up into groups of like ability.
So, please, don't feel intimidated.


Walking Information

Saturday, Lover's Point, 9:00 AM.  We meet each and every Saturday.
Sunday, No scheduled walk.

Running Information

Saturday, FUN Run. Meet at Lover's Point at 9:00 AM. Robin or Dale will lead
  this run. We meet each and every Saturday.
Sunday, No scheduled run.

Triathlon Information

Tri workouts are ALWAYS in the morning. That's the only chance I (Walt)
get to work out. They usually start at or near Lover's Point.

The following weekly schedule will be pretty typical for me.

Monday, Swim 1+00
Tuesday, Run 1+00 Speed Work, Hills or Tempo Run
Wednesday, OFF or Run Slow or Easy Ride
Thursday, Ride Long 3+00 to 4+00 OR mini-tri
Friday, Run 1+00 Easy
Saturday, Ride 1+00 to 2+00 Intervals
Sunday, Run Long 2+00 to 3+00
